Flexible Psychological Solutions speaks directly to the aim of contextual Behavioural Science: - facilitating or optimising the psychological flexiblility of my clients - whther they be individuals, couple, or groups/organisiations; and across the wide range of working relationships we offer: counselling, psychotherapy, mediation, mentoring, training, supervision. Based in Suffolk, I also teach in London and abroad - w offer skype consultations so location does not need to be an issue. Having accumulated over 30 years of my own mindfulness practice, I am a senior Mindfulness teacher, an ACT (peer reviewed) trainer, as well as a chartered Psychologist
